Julius Rajala starts as Chief Operating Officer of Identio on 19.8.2024.
Since Julius stepped through the doors of Identio in December 2019, he has been working on the company’s growth-oriented activities alongside his work as a software engineer. His role has been crucial in areas such as recruitment and culture development.
This change will free Julius from his consulting duties, allowing him to devote himself to running the day-to-day operations of the company full-time. Julius’ work will include developing the company’s strategy, growth and scalability, sparring and coaching.
The new role will allow us to leverage Julius’ in-depth understanding of Identio and our entire industry. With that, we aim to secure the future development of our company and our business.
